Martin C. Clague

Marty was President and CEO of Covansys from 2001 to 2004. He was an independent consultant to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., a private investment firm, from 2000 to 2001.  In 1999, he served as the first President and CEO of Unisphere Solutions, a $1 billion telecommunications startup funded by Siemens Corporation.  He rose through the ranks at IBM from 1966 to 1999.  His most recent post at IBM was Vice President of Global Industries e-Business Solutions. His IBM experience included executive management positions in global network computing solutions, IBM e-business solutions, worldwide client server computing, consulting, software and services, large systems and sales operations.  Board Directorships:  Altair Engineering,  Quantumleap Innovations, Hiram College and Manhattanville College.

David D. Fox
David is a Managing Director of Greenwich Associates, the institutional financial services consulting firm. David consults with money-center and commercial banks and insurance companies. Prior to joining Greenwich Associates in 1980, David specialized in strategic and organizational planning for the financial services industry at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Earlier, he was an officer at First National Bank of Chicago. David earned his B.S. at the United States Naval Academy and his MBA at the University of Virginia.

James E. Hunt

Jim was one of the founding partners of Hunt Howe Partners.  Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Principal of Russell Reynolds Associates.  He also held several marketing and sales management positions with NCR Corporation.  His search experience focused on the recruitment of senior executives in finance and administration, investment management, legal, information technology and corporate board directorships.  Jim earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and studied at the Columbia Graduate School of Business.  Board Directorships:  a family of mutual funds, both closed-end and open-end.

John W. Johnson, Jr.

John W. Johnson, Jr. ("Bud") co-founded Johnson & Norinsky Associates LLC in 2002 and was formerly Senior Managing Director of Webb, Johnson Associates LLC from the mid-1980’s through 2002. Earlier, he spent 24 years with Benton & Bowles (now a Publicis agency) as Senior Vice President.  A former Navy pilot, Bud is a graduate of Wesleyan University with M.B.A. studies at New York University.  Former Board Directorships:  Benton & Bowles,  The Bank of New York Westchester/Putnam,  and The HealthCare Chaplaincy.

Graham H. Phillips

Graham is a Director of Brunswick Corporation.  He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Young & Rubicam Advertising, a global marketing and communications organization, from 1999 to 2000.  He was Chairman of Burson-Marsteller, the perception management division of Young & Rubicam, Inc., from 1997 to 1999.  He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, a marketing communications company, from 1989 to 1992.  Board Directorships:  Brunswick Corporation and Johnsonville Sausage LLC.

Ernest F. Steiner

Ernie was Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Louis Dreyfus Group from 1995 until 2006.  He served as the CFO and a Director of Louis Dreyfus Corporation from 1983 to 1995. He joined the Group in 1972 as comptroller of the company's real estate business and held various positions in finance and administration until being named Finance Director of Louis Dreyfus.  He is a graduate of Cornell University.  Board Directorships:  Brocade Funds Ltd.,  RKI Exploration  and Production LLC,  and the international advisory board of Thorium Power Ltd.
